      I was looking for this for kegel training. The size is ideal. Nice that there are different weights. The lowest weight didn't do anything for me, the others really did. Great to clean and insert/remove! Highly recommended for those who want to work out ;). It has no erotic effect for me, which is not what I was looking for.
