      Bought this because I had previously purchased the single adjustable version and wanted to try out more. In hindsight, I should have just bought this one right away.

      The product is identical to the single or double version, just with extra balls on it. The cord is 20cm in both versions, which is too short in my case to use it 'tripled'. Doubling barely works. A longer cord would be nice to be able to cut to size according to personal preference. Long loose ends are unpleasant for the receiving party.

      The use is very pleasant. It feels comfortable, doesn't cut, and is easy to adjust to size. Both very satisfied with the larger size of the erection and longer duration. Especially if you still want to experiment, this is recommended because you can try everything entirely at your own discretion (single, double / loose, tight / penis, balls or together). Adjusting is easy with dry hands. It becomes slightly more challenging with lubricant, especially when you only have cardboard ends left. If a ball comes off, the easiest way is to pull the loop back through with a shoelace. Causes the least delay and distraction.

      All in all, a recommendation and definitely worth trying.

      This seemed like the perfect product for me. Finally one that would fit perfectly tight enough. However, the length is way too short to use those three beads, it should be almost double the length. And then the biggest drawback, this kind of plastic is really, really uncomfortable, skin is also constantly in between. I understand it can't be softer/smoother so the beads stay in place, but it just doesn't feel comfortable.

      You can use it in several ways. Might be useful to see what the right size is for you, or to surround your penis and scrotum separately at the same time.
      I think this is more for small-bodied men though; I find the material much too thin, starts to cut a bit quickly (not that it actually cuts but with me it quickly feels pinching). I still use it occasionally but with 2 windings, then the ball can be nicely on the first winding so you don't feel that.
      Easy to adjust in size by either pulling the strings or the ball. Just leave the ball(s) attached because otherwise it's not easy to get the string back in. It works, but you don't want to while you're at it, and with wet fingers it certainly doesn't work.
      Material is good, really doesn't pull apart.
      The spheres are hard plastic and the string seemingly silicone, although it is more like TPU.
