Even sex toy reviewers have our preferences. In fact, there is always a toy that stays at the top of our nightstands. A long, long time ago, I tested out the O-bunny vibrator - Tortoro. It was my favorite toy for a long time.
These days, I have other favorites and this little rabbit has fallen into oblivion. The material has also hardened over time, and it just doesn't work as well as it used to. But I hadn't completely forgotten it. To my delight, I saw the Tedy on the Easy Toys website. The Tedy has the same design as my former love, where the ears also function as a clitoral vibrator. I was very happy that I got to test it.
Tedy is produced by Good Vibes Only and comes in a cardboard packaging with a window in the front so you can see the vibrator. It's a purple box with a modern design. Fortunately, the days of naked women on boxes are long gone. A nice extra feature that is highlighted on the packaging, besides the dimensions, is the fact that it is waterproof, and the weight, is that it also has 'Good Vibes'. Little details like that make me smile, and I unboxed it feeling extra happy.
The box includes the vibrator and a charging cable. On the side of the vibrator there is an opening for the charging cable. The toy is covered with soft silicone and feels firm and sleek. The button you operate it with also feels nice. I keep forgetting how to turn it on, though. You have to hold down the top button, and then you can use the lower button to switch between the settings. There are ten different speeds and patterns. It's very quiet. The vibrations don't feel very strong in your hand, but that doesn't always mean much. Since you can press both ears on your clitoris at the same time, a gentle vibration is sometimes enough. Plus, the third position is a lot more intense, so it's probably not man overboard yet. I'm still hopeful that it'll make me forget my other favorite bunny.
Once it's charged and cleaned, I take the Tedy to bed with me. It does an amazing job. The nose nestles between my labia and the ears do the rest. It's easy to operate and the different programs are definitely nice. There are several menus that slowly build up and down on a sliding scale. What I think is cool is that when it starts to build again, there's almost a full second's pause in between. Usually you don't find that, it just immediately goes on vibrating. I have no complaints about the vibration strength. It's definitely strong enough for the job. The Tedy gave me a great orgasm.
And yet, it still didn't have the wow factor of my old favorite, the Tortoro. If you look at the description, you can also see that Tortoro has two motors in each ear. That provides more and a different kind of stimulation than the Tedy can provide.
I should also say that if I hadn't tested out dozens of vibrators, I would've been happy with this purple model from Good Vibes Only. But I'm looking at it from a slightly different perspective.
So my conclusion: great vibrator, especially for this price. It looks good, it works great, and it's definitely modern. It's waterproof, silent, made from safe silicone and rechargeable. I can actually recommend it to every woman, both beginners and more experienced users. It's easy to handle and it's clear how to use it. In my mind, it hasn't ousted my previous rabbit friend off the throne, but it is modern and up to date, and it has a prominent place on my nightstand. For a quickie now and then, it's more than adequate. There is always a place next to my bed for sweet rabbits like this one.
