      I bought this gag to further limit my submissive girlfriend's freedom during our role-playing sessions. I had hoped that I could deepthroat her when she was wearing this gag. Unfortunately, the ring is on the smaller side and I can't get more than the head through the ring. We don't use this gag anymore. Now, I'm not small but not well-endowed either. I can only recommend this gag if you are on the smaller side or have a small dildo, otherwise, you probably won't fit through the ring. My girlfriend mentioned that it might be more comfortable if there was some kind of soft edge around the ring as she is now biting on the metal with her teeth.
