      The combination of the size and weight of these balls give me enough of a challenge. They're not very big and quite heavy, so it's a good workout to keep them in. This is of course different for every woman. To give you an idea: I am 25 and had a baby 3 years ago, my pelvic floor isn't that bad but it's not the strongest either.

      I don't really feel the balls when I'm wearing them. I only slightly feel the weight of the balls. As you have to flex your pelvic floor all the time, it does provide a light sensation. I was hoping the balls would have a counterweight on the inside, that could have provided more sensation while moving around.
