      These are really for the advanced though. Or for women who haven't had babies.
      The need for this kind of ball is immediately obvious, though - I can hold one for a max of 3 minutes (two at a time won't work anyway). I have never had any complaints from bed partners, but these small balls are so bad for my self-confidence that I will try something bigger first.
