Now you can do kegel exercises in a fun, innovative way using the free downloadable PeriFit App. The exercises are suitable for everyone and there are 6 training programs available. This allows you to work on building stronger pelvic floor muscles at your own pace and level. Problems like unwanted urine leaks, a prolapsed cervix or a weak vaginal wall can be solved with regular training. The Perifit Kegel Excerciser is a female-friendly tool and has an ergonomic design so you can insert it comfortably. It's made of soft, body-safe silicone. At the top and in the middle of the kegel trainer are sensors that can feel exactly how the exercises are being performed. There's a Bluetooth antenna in the end that transmits the necessary information to the app.
You can easily keep track of all your personal results and progress in the app. That will keep you motivated and help you reach your goals even quicker than expected.
