      Inconspicuous little thing. It looks like a kind of keychain and comes in a small plastic bag. Inserting it with some sterile lubricant like K-Y gel works best. It doesn't really go deep inside (about 6 cm), has no sharp edges, and initially slipped out of my urethra of my not yet erect penis. When my penis was erect, it stayed in place and felt pleasantly sensitive.       Purchased as a first dilator in combination with a silicone dilator with a slightly smaller diameter.
