      It's best to fill it by squeezing the ball and submerging the spout. Then slowly release it so the joints fill up. Then rub some lubricant on it. A lot nicer than the thick shower attachments. Using the toy cleaners on this site makes cleaning easy as well. A recommendation for every first-time douche user.
