EasyGlide Aloe Vera Waterbased Lubricant - 30ml

You love the one you're with. Yes, that's also applicable to lubricant. We have a basic lubricant that works well and we've never looked any further. That's why it was really nice to test something new and different.


The lubricant that I got to test is from the EasyGlide brand. It is water-based and the active ingredient is aloe vera. Aloe vera is widely known as a plant with beneficial uses for the skin. I looked it up, but you can really use it for every imaginable skin conditions. It has cleansing, soothing and anti-inflammatory effects. Obviously not as a replacement for a medicine, but can be used for superficial spots or wounds. According to the ingredient list, there's also real Agave Tequilana Leaf Extract in this lubricant, so it's not just a marketing ploy. The lubricant comes in a dispenser. I always appreciate that, because then you don't have a loose cap that you have to screw onto a tube while your fingers are already covered with slippery stuff. It is a nice-looking bottle that is not immediately recognizable as a lubricant. That's also nice if your mother-in-law or a workman suddenly has to be in the bedroom and this bottle is still lying around. The product itself is transparent in color and smells slightly like aloe vera. 

The first test was while masturbating with the Satisfyer Pro, a vibrator with air pressure technology. I don't often use lube with that, but I liked it this time. Once I applied it, it felt just like my own moisture and made using the vibrator easier and more enjoyable. My husband and I tested the lubricant with anal toys. We usually use a silicone lube for this. Despite the fact that this product is water-based, we didn't notice much difference. It has a fairly thick consistency and both insertion and removal of the toy went smoothly.

Even more evidence that it doesn't hurt to broaden your horizons every now and then. We liked this EasyGlide Aloe Vera Water-Based Lubricant a lot and we will certainly be using it more often. It may be a bit more expensive than a basic variety, but it has a pleasant consistency and the addition of Aloe Vera also makes it a bit nicer.
