      As a reference: I am 26 years old, never had kids and it was too easy to hold on to this one. (Standing up, sitting down, walking...) They are indeed heavy, so maybe it's easy because they're pretty big. They are pretty, but the cord on the bottom is very annoying and even hurts a little. You can't cut it off all the way as the cord will come loose. It's also pretty annoying to clean it because there's a space between the cord and the balls' openings (where the cord runs through.)
