      Racy! I had read the reviews and thought it will be fine with some practice. The smallest ball reaches far into the throat. First times it just didn't work, it is fighting against gagging but with a few days of practice I manage to get in completely and fasten the belt. From then on you can concentrate and relax and drool a lot! Much more than a regular ball gag.
      Very exciting to use but does require some training.
